Who We Are
Nexum Management Solutions is a NYC-based construction management consultancy led by an Associate Program Manager with 15+ years directing large-scale NYC School Construction Authority emergency-response and capital-improvement projects.
On the SCA Emergency Response Program, our leadership has overseen the full lifecycle of dozens of active school-campus projects — 3K center buildouts across nine schools, emergency temporary-boiler programs, auditorium and facility upgrades, and sidewalk-bridge installations — coordinating electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural trades from mobilization through final certificate.
